From the World of Holobar

The Atrilian Campaign

I ran this campaign as a pbem game for two years, 1996 to 1998. It was a "political campaign", which enabled me to test the rules and to give my setting a detailed background.

Gaming InformationDescription
Game Master: MC Gianni
Gaming System: home rules emphasising political interaction between the players
Players: 20 to 25 needed, 18 present
Number of Turns: 1 turn a month
Campaign Description: Diplomacy, every player plays the role of an emir, sheikh, or sultan and struggles to conquer his neighbours. Alternatively, one may play a mercenary leader, a shaman, a caravan master, etc.
Other Information: The setting is magic-low and heavily Arabian Nights/African oriented.
