Huang Syn is a warrior-mage that has entered the area with a large army of loyal followers. He comes from unknown lands south of Klesh, but has travelled far from home.

He is an outcast from the mysterious city of Shitai, banished for his being good in a city of intrigue.
He's travelled north looking for heroic deeds and has come across an evil empire in the mountains between Shitai and Punt. There, he managed to free several captives of various origins and he's led them to Punt and to freedom. Now these people consider him their leader and want to stay with him as his loyal followers. That makes up a troop of about 500, mostly farmers, horsemen, and hunters.

In effect, he is in command of a travelling nation that has grown from many cultures but is united in its loyalty to him. Huang Syn is a kind leader, but a fierce warrior. He has a small band of men, his "inner-circle", who have been with him since he began his journey from his homeland.
This 'inner circle' comprises shamans, wu-jen and fellow warriors. He also travels with his young wife, who he would gladly die for, and her travelling troupe.

His mission is manyfold, but mainly entales bringing hope and a code of honour to the world.

MC Gianni's note:
In Punt,
the Nation met the Wanako Xolas, in war with the Githzerai.
Ambassadors and visits were exchanged.

Huang Syn proposed the following treaty with the Wanakos to the ambassador.
a. The Nation will render aid to the Xolas in any cause that Syn deems just and viable.

b. The Xolas will render aid to the Nation in any cause that the Xola leader(s) deem just and viable.

c. Enemies of one peoples are not necessarily enemies of the other peoples.

d. The Nation will not wage war or take any offensive action toward the Xolas.

e. The Xolas will not wage war or take any offensive action toward the Nation.

f. An emissary of the Xolas will be allowed entrance to the 'inner circle' of the Nation.

g. An emissary of the Nation will be allowed entrance to the 'ruling council' (or 'council of tribal leaders' or something similar) of the Xolas.

h. Any act of aggression between our peoples may be considered an act of war and thus nullify this treaty.

i. Conspiring against the Nation or the Xolas is considered an act of war.
