The original game by the Chaosium is long OOP. However, it is still possible to buy used copies of the RQ rules through the Great Market or through one of the many on-line auctions sites.
As for the original RuneQuest supplements, they are slowly being reprinted through Gloranthan Classics and are also on sale on the Great Market, or through the Chaos Society.
The current owner of the trademark, Issaries Inc., has licensed the RuneQuest trademark, concept and setting to Mongoose Publishing. Mongoose have already published quite a few RQ books, both generic and Gloranthan. The rule books are generic. The Gloranthan books contain either background information or very Gloranthan-specific rules (God Learner sorcery, Draconic mysticism). The interesting thing with Mongoose RuneQuest (MRQ) is that it is set in Second Age Glorantha rather than in Third Age Glorantha like the other Gloranthan rolegames.
